EXCLUSIVE: More details on what happened to Milania Giudice and sister before arrest revealed, find out if Luis was involved

While The Real Housewives of New Jersey the world is still reeling from the news that Teresa Giudices daughter Milaniawas arresteddetails about the situation have been relatively sparse.

Now an insider has come forward Reality Blurb merely to spill a little more information about what went down.

“Milania was going to see one of her sisters,” the source explained. “Luis (Ruelas) got involved to try to stop her/calm her down and he had to restrain her.”

“While it is unknown if she hit him, anyone who was restrained would likely try to break free and it is entirely likely that he could have been hit in the process,” they added.

“Because of the situation, another sister got very nervous and picked up the phone and called the police,” the insider concluded. “At this time it is still unknown whether she did this of her own free will or if Luis instructed her to call the police.”

An insider earlier divulged other details of the ordeal to Reality Blurb, noting that there was “an explosive fight in the house where things escalated.”

“So much happened that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the police on her,” they elaborated. “It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was heading towards more people.”

As reported earlier today, Milania, 20, was taken into police custody by Montville Township police following her involvement in a domestic incident on May 14 that occurred around 10 p.m. 18.12

Milania ended up being charged with “simple assault” and “intentionally/knowingly causing bodily harm.”

A spokesman for the court spoke The sun and revealed that the case had been classified as domestic violence. While a hearing was held on May 19, no plea was entered.

To date, Milania, Bravo and Teresa have yet to comment directly on the situation.

Earlier today it was reported that RHONJ cast thinking Luis was Milania’s assault victim.

“The first question everyone asked was, ‘Was it Luis?'” an insider dished Rob Shuter‘s Naughty But Nice on June 13. “He’s very controversial, so that’s where the speculation immediately went.”

“No one knows who was allegedly injured, but many people assumed he might be involved,” they continued.

Another source added that everyone “thinks it’s Luis. The secrecy creates more questions than answers.”

Filming for season 15 of RHONJ is currently underway and it remains to be seen if this will be a theme this season or not.
