Gino and Jasmine’s divorce has been finalized
Well, things are finally happening for Gino Palazzolo and Jasmine Pineda after years of separation and attempts at legal separation. According to court records, the couple was eventually able to settle their divorce through mediation, reaching an agreement on spousal support.
Reports indicate that the terms have largely ended up in Gino’s favor, although details of the split remain confidential. His representatives framed the outcome as a long-awaited closure, saying the court’s ruling resolved the case in his favor and ultimately gave him the clarity he was looking for. Although the pair were only married for a short time, their breakup was absolutely epic, with both TV personalities insisting they were ready to part ways.
How Jasmine served Gino
While Gino and Jasmine both insisted they were ready to end their marriage, Jasmine did most of the work to get the ball rolling. Jasmine tried to serve Gino with divorce papers several times at his home in Michigan. The failed serve forced her hand. She chose it serve him through a newspaper in Florida. Although considered an odd choice, serving someone through publication actually counts as legal service.
While we don’t know the details of their divorce settlement, we do know that Jasmine cited a breach of trust and the birth of a child with another partner as reasons for the divorce. Jasmine is in a relationship with Matt Branistareanu, the father of her child, long before the ink was dry on her divorce decree. The couple moved to Florida together and are still together, although their relationship has been anything but smooth.
