Coronation Street fans are finally set to find out who murdered Theo Silverton as the killer is unmasked in a dramatic dinner party scene next week.

She was depicted standing on the scaffold directly above Theo’s body, holding a metal object and cleaning the blood from it.

While Gary currently remains the prime police suspect, viewers believe that he and Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) may simply be protecting the real culprit.

It is announced that revelations will be revealed and secrets will be revealed at a dinner as Theo’s killer is finally exposed the following week.

During Monday’s (June 22) extended episode, a series of flashbacks will revisit the fateful evening in April when Theo’s body was found. Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) learns that Sarah has extended a dinner invitation to Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) and Summer, prompting him to involve Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) and Gary in arranging the evening.

A fresh teaser shows how dinner gatherings turn mayhem, with broken glassware, toppled furniture and heated words flying across the room.

While they say revenge is a dish best served cold, Maria gets the chance to increase the pressure on her husband Gary by alleging an illicit romance between Sarah and Gary.

The hairdresser isn’t alone in her suspicions about former flames – Kit has also noticed Gary and Sarah’s strange conduct and is demanding an explanation.

There are several people sitting around the dining table who want to eliminate Theo, whose hands are stained with blood, and what additional skeletons are the assembled guests hiding?
