Bailey Zimmerman is accused of destroying a hotel room.
Page Six can confirm that the country musician was charged with criminal damage to property (over $100) as well as a charge of improperly obtaining services in New Mexico on May 27.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on June 18.
The alleged incident occurred the same night the singer canceled his show in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
At the time the crooner of ‘Fall in Love’ went to Instagram to say that he was ‘not feeling well’ and needed time to recover.
Page Six has reached out to Zimmerman’s rep for comment.
