Now, however, that experience seems to have come to an end. The Rai 3 programme will not have a new season and they were the ones who announced it Stefano Bollani and Valentina Cenni with a message shared on social media. Now the official announcement has arrived: there will not be a new season.
The protagonists of the broadcast themselves communicated this through a video shared on social media. “We would have loved to give you some good news, but unfortunately that’s not the case. There won’t be a new season”, explained the pianist, confirming that the music program will not be renewed.
Valentina Cenni also wanted to thank those who followed them over the five seasons: “You despise us so much. We thank with all our love our viewers who have followed us for 5 seasons with truly touching generosity, love and care.”
The couple then announced that again on Rai3 you will be able to see reruns from last season. Enough words to unleash an avalanche of messages.
After all, in a television increasingly made up of races, competitions and promotion, Bollani and Cenni had built a place where music returned to the center of the scene without superstructures in which artists could show themselves without filters, far from the mechanisms of promotion and the tight schedules of traditional television.
The reason for the cancellation from the schedule, however, it is not yet clear.
