In the uplifting anthem, Jelly Roll encourages listeners to keep their heads held high and hands raised, even if they are far from perfection. The song includes this verse (below):

Ahead of the release, the 41-year-old musician took Instagram To share a deeply personal video depicting her dramatic weight loss journey.
The video featured throwback footage of Jelly Roll walking in the rain during the early days of her fitness journey, as well as a candid discussion about the promises. He made it himself but failed to keep it. He said one rainy day became a turning point when he decided to put off change and commit to achieving his goals no matter what.
