The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Sutton Stracke revealed that her son Philip plans to enter the priesthood after graduation.

Philip recently completed his training at The Citadel, a military school in South Carolina.

During a recent appearance at SiriusXM’s Radio AndySutton told her son’s big plans after college to enter a seminary and join the priesthood.

“I cried when he told me. It was such a big decision,” she said. “You go to seminary for six years, and then you become a deacon in the church, and then you join the priesthood.”

Sutton also shared that Philip has a “positive outlook” on the whole situation.

“He says, ‘If it doesn’t work out, I can leave,’ which I thought was a good positive view of it because you learn a lot in seminary,” she noted.

On an episode from 2022 of RHOBHSutton spoke about Philip’s career plans. He initially told her he wanted to join the army as he had grown up “too comfortable.”

“You know, he lives a nice life,” she said at the time. “I said, ‘Oh, well, I’ll make you uncomfortable then.’ I sent him to Georgia when it was supposed to be 105 degrees with 100 percent humidity. I got him a job. He had to be there at 5:30 in the morning to deliver Coke machines and stuff.”

“A month later when I picked him up, he wanted to go to college,” Sutton added.

After Philip decided to attend a military school, Sutton said she felt they both had won.

Baby news aside, it was recently reported that Sutton is putting her Bel Air home on the market for 8.9 million dollars.
