And again: “We didn’t think the same way in politics and we often faced very different ideas, we discussed but always with mutual education and respect. The same respect that characterized our professional and human relationship, and that led me to love you knowing that you loved me too. I remember you fondly“.

Replying to everyone criticism received, Alba Parietti he defended the sincerity of his memory: “After reading countless unpleasant comments, I can understand the criticisms of the politician but I cannot understand those of the human feelings I felt, certainly not out of flattery“.
