A BBC soap actor who was arrested over sex offense allegations last year has now been acquitted.
An EastEnders star who was arrested on the set of the popular BBC Soap has been cleared of all charges in relation to the alleged sexual offences.

In a statement, Hertfordshire Police said: “Hertfordshire Constabulary received a report of an incident at Eldon Avenue, Borehamwood on Wednesday 7 May 2025.
“A man in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of common assault and sexual assault in relation to two victims. After initial questioning, he was released without further action.”

The man who was arrested had reportedly complained to the bosses about the treatment he received on the sets of the soap.
At the time of his arrest, an EastEnders spokesperson said: “While we would never comment on individuals, EastEnders has on-site security and well-established procedures to protect the safety and welfare of everyone who works there. show”
