
Robert Carradine checked himself into a psychiatric hospital a few weeks ago his tragic death.
The “Lizzie McGuire” star entered the Los Angeles facility before her passing and a day later a staff member found her unresponsive and in cardiac arrest, the L.A. County Medical Examiner reports. Obtained by TMZ.
Attempts were made to revive him, but he ultimately died a few weeks later.
The report also revealed that after the beloved actor passed away, his daughter told investigators that her father had struggled with mental illness for almost 20 years and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
According to the ME report, at the time of his death, Carradine was experiencing frequent suicidal ideation, was suffering from severe depression and anxiety and was taking multiple medications.
