Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman are back in court just days after finalizing their divorce, with each accusing the other of leaking details of their settlement.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star and Ralph ended their nearly three-year divorce battle this week, but the peace didn’t last long. According to TMZ, Ralph filed new court documents claiming Drew violated a gag order by sharing private information from their divorce judgment.
The judgment reportedly included financial details, including Drew’s RHOA earnings, and an order ordering her to pay child support to Ralph after the court determined she earned more than she had previously disclosed. Ralph accused Drew of leaking the information after a media outlet contacted him about the verdict. Drew quickly fired back with his own file, accusing Ralph of being the one who spoke to the tabloids.
In his motion, Drew accused Ralph of “brazen and deliberate” contempt, claiming he went to the press “in a deliberate attempt to continue to harm and hurt (her).”
Drew asks the court to hold Ralph in contempt, and Ralph asks the same against Drew, and both want a judge to consider sanctions.
