British journalist Janet Murray wrote an article online about her experience after Laurie roasted her.
Laurie apologized to Murray in a lengthy tweet.

Murray and Laurie’s online feud began on June 6. Murray joined X and shared her thoughts on Season 1 of “House.”

Laurie starred on “House” from 2004 to 2012 as Dr. Gregory House.

“Late to the party, but I started watching season 1 of House. Same story every episode: Patient has mysterious illness. Hugh Laurie (House) is misdiagnosed. Patient almost dies. Hugh Laurie is misdiagnosed again. Threatened with dismissal. Patient almost dies again. Hugh Laurie has a last-minute leftfield idea. Gets diagnosed right. Doesn’t get fired. Eight seasons of this?” she wrote on X.

Laurie wrote back: “Thanks for your critique, Janet. We tried a few episodes where House (Hugh Laurie) (put the brackets where they are) gets it right the first time, but they were only 6 minutes long.

“NBC wasn’t happy. Then we tried a few where House never got it right and the patient died. The public wasn’t happy.”

The pair went back and forth online for days before it appeared they had overcome their differences.

Laurie, an English actor, comedian, writer, musician and producer, is best known for his role as Dr. Gregory House in the hit medical drama ‘House’.
