During the episode — which just dropped on Prime Video — Clarkson suddenly announced to Charlie Ireland and Caleb Cooper, “I’ve got cancer.”

Caleb then replied with disbelief, “No, you didn’t. Where?” To which Clarkson replies, “It’s nobody’s business where it is. I’ve known since May.”

He then explains that when he “disappeared the other week,” he went to the doctor and “had a biopsy.” He said the cancer is “aggressive,” but added that “it’s really early.”

He adds, “I was praying that we would finish the harvest and then I could go and get some treatment but this is going to be a slap in the middle.”

An emotional Caleb then told Clarkson to “take care of yourself” and “call if you need anything.”

Clarkson continued, “Listen, I’m not stupid, it’s going to happen in about two weeks, maybe three weeks. I have to go and have the operation and then, the operation is in and out in no time, but your body stops working for a while.”

He said he was “not thrilled” by the news.

Before running off with Clarkson’s girlfriend Lisa Hogan, Caleb shook the reality star’s hand and told her to “don’t worry about anything on the farm.”

Later, while chatting with Ireland, Caleb, Hogan and Gerald Cooper, Clarkson lamented, “So we started the year and I had coronary heart disease and it ended up with cancer.”

When Caleb asks when they’ll know if the treatment is “working,” Clarkson explains, “There will be blood tests and then we’ll know.”

“Not for the next few weeks,” he added. “Let’s be happy, maybe it worked.”

The series shows Clarkson in a hospital bed, stating that she “started Season 5 with me in a hospital bed and we’re at the end of Season 5 and I’m back in a hospital bed.”

He also admits that he “doesn’t know what’s going to happen” after “some treatments” go “messed up”.
