Jac White And Olivia Jean‘s whirlwind rock ‘n’ roll romance has come to an end.
According to court documents, Jean has filed for divorce White stripes rocker after more than three years of marriage, and the filing contains allegations that are likely to draw attention.
The singer mentioned both irreconcilable differences and “inappropriate marital behavior” as the reason for the split.
Olivia Jean files for divorce
Jean, 36, filed for divorce from White, 50, on June 3 in Nashville, according to documents obtained by People. TMZ was the first to break the news.

According to the filing, Jean listed their separation date as the same day she filed for divorce.
The documents also allege that White “is guilty of inappropriate marital conduct, which makes continued cohabitation unsafe and inappropriate.” The file contains no further details about the accusation.
A very unconventional wedding
White and Jean married onstage in Detroit in April 2022.
The surprise ceremony took place during one of White’s concerts at the Masonic Temple after proposing to Jean earlier that same evening.
‘It was such a great day. Do you mind if we get married now?’ White asked the audience before the ceremony was led by Ben Swank, co-founder of Third Man Records.
The couple’s spontaneous wedding soon became one of the most talked about Celebrity wedding moments of the year.
What happens next?
According to PeopleJean says she is financially dependent on White’s income and applies for alimony. She also asked him to continue health insurance.
In addition, Jean requested that she remain the beneficiary of White’s life insurance policy.

The divorce filing comes less than a year after White publicly praised Jean during the divorce The White Stripes Rock and Roll Hall of Fame introduction and months after describing her as “gorgeous and thoughtful” in a social media post.
Now the couple’s unexpected love story appears to be entering its final chapter.
