The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Rachel Fuda had a successful two-season run on the show.
However, after a long hiatus, the show chose not to continue with her for a third season.
Rachel recently appeared on Kim DePaola‘S Get real with Kim D podcast and gave her thoughts on the new form.
She noticed that from then on Danielle Cabral and Rachel joined the show, it seemed – and now seems – “not authentic.”
“If you watch the original seasons of Orange Province…this is a group of intertwined friendships that harass each other…they’ve been through it together. They have history.”
Kim shared similar sentiments, noting, “They know each other. They know their husbands, they’re brothers, they’re sisters… This show is amazing. These girls are so real. With these new girls coming from all different races, creeds and colors, it’s just for me, I don’t see it – I don’t see the fit.”
Rachel also noted that each Housewives franchise has its own franchise identity.
“Beverly Hills is about opulence… New Jersey is about family. Like they all have their own identity,” she said.
“So I’m wondering if that’s the thing that ties them all together so it comes full circle?” she added, suggesting what the identity of the new cast could be.
If Reality blurb previously confirmed, the new cast members will exist Xiomara Laracuente And Juliette Collazo, Natia Rufolo, Vanessa BarreraAnd Deeba Patel.
Teresa Giudice, Melissa GorgaAnd Dorothea Catania are the only original cast members returning to the show.
While there were rumors that the production would consider bringing back other older cast members, an insider said in May that this was not the case at the time.
“No one involved has heard anything about any cast members returning, aside from Teresa, Melissa and Dolores,” the source shared at the time, noting that rumors to the contrary were “not true.”
