Tom Sandoval is dealing with a domestic dispute and the scandal of a recently surfaced video of him behaving aggressively. TMZ obtained the images and published them this week, but the images date from an incident on June 3. According to court documents, police responded to Tom Sandoval’s home on June 3, 2026, for a domestic disturbance.
The incident involved Sandoval’s now ex-girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father. Robinson was arrested that evening, with Sandoval claiming his then-girlfriend physically and verbally abused him. Sandoval requested a temporary restraining order, which he was granted. Robinson and her father, who also lived with Sandoval, were ordered to move.
The fire pit video
While Sandoval maintains in his lawsuit that Robinson was the aggressor during their romance, a new video shows Sandoval acting aggressively. The video, obtained by TMZ, captured a confrontation outside Sandoval’s home, near a lit fire pit. In the clip, Sandoval approaches Robinson and takes her phone, which she uses to record their argument.
Robinson’s father, Will Robinson, comes forward and grabs Sandoval around the waist. Sandoval then appears to push the older man backwards into the open fire pit. The clip ends with Sandoval walking away and the Robinsons following him; the argument apparently continued off camera.
The prosecutor has chosen not to file charges. The Robinsons have apparently left the house. The two sides continue to tell very different versions of events.

As recently as Valentine’s Day 2026, Sandoval still publicly declared his love. Things started to unravel this spring, when the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram.
They initially kept things quiet, but the altercation in June revealed the rift and everything that had allegedly gone on behind the scenes.
