“Dancing With The Stars” judge Derek Hough just proved that becoming a father doesn’t mean saying goodbye to a fit physique.
Since welcoming daughter Everley Capri last December, the 41-year-old has balanced fatherhood with a packed schedule, all while remaining committed to staying in top shape.
On June 10, he posted a steamy shirtless mirror selfie along with a candid caption admitting that the father was trying to show up, but he was fighting back hard.
“Between juggling dad duties and projects,” Hough revealed he still finds time to work out, and the results are impressive. With his upcoming “Symphony of Dance: Encore” tour on the horizon, the star is making sure he’s ready to bring plenty of energy to the stage.
In the sultry snap, Derek Hough stood confidently in a dimly lit room and captured his reflection with an orange iPhone. The dancer was shirtless, his sculpted torso on full display under flattering lighting that made every edge and contour pop.
